Got to meet up wif jialing for lunch. Shall be meetin dis babe more often since we r jus across d street frm each other =)) Oh n all of synergy were present for once on wed nite! Finally mans. *Beams. Pics up ltr. It reallie feels gd like wad aly said, to be able to see ur frens after a hard dae at work jus to sit ard n chill. At least dere’s something to look fwd to? Well we shall make it a mthly or betta still a wkly affair =)) I reallie feel like a workin adult mans. God noe hw we r able to maintain our circle of frens when we start work proper. Even for nw, some of us (interns) hafta stay in late to finish our work up. Sigh. I certainly aint like d world we r livin in..

Oya d internet was down d whole of wed so we had qt a tough time at work. David n zhaobin even had to leave office to head down to smu to get their research done. Such inconvenience d hardware failure had caused us. But tinkin back, it jus goes to show hw much humans hae grown to rely on tech over time. Tech is so crucial in our day to day work n look wad damage a small screw up in technical matters wld present us wif.

Aniwae I m growin to like my department. D pple aint dat unfrenly n mean as I thot dem to be. Can actualli hit it off well wif a couple of dem. Funny pple, most of dose dat I hae had a chance to interact wif. Actually lunched wif dem todae. Some initially thot it was my last dae bt it has been like less den 2wks here? For d past few daes we actually had a couple of celebrations which included a farewell n bdae party. Seems to me like dey r qt bonded after all.

The long wkend has jus ended n it’s back to work once agn.

Been only one wk of internship but I m startin to feel like a real workin adult. Goodness noe how I will survive all dis after we grad n enter d workforce proper. Life will be mundane n routine. Not to mention tiring. I jus refuse to go out after work n even on wkends. Becomin a couch potato =(( Much rather laze ard in d comfort of my bed..

The train was super packed todae. Serangoon station apparently was closed for some reason n it led to d morning jam. Still wonderin wad caused its closure. Well I was late n my director was ard when I reached. Qt embarrassed n I heard dat he is actually particular abt time. Just my luck to be sittin right in front of him I guess..

Lunched wif some of d smu n ntu interns. Actually pple were right, dere is a diff in d manner dese 2 grp of students behave. Nt dat any one grp is betta or mre superior den d other bt dere certainly is a distinct diff. I guess it all boils down to d type of students d respective sch is able to attract based on d image it projects to d public.

Work startin to pile in dis wk. I asked for it actually cos it’s kinda borin bumming ard in office wif nthg to do. I sure hope I get to learn something throughout d wk mans. 6plus alr. Time to knock off =))

hae been slackin d whole time n it's alr thurs todae! hw fast time flies wif all d runnin ard, munchin on gd fd, snackin, yakkin thruout d nite n all. dere is like endless such tings to do n i m so gonna die for 201 quiz nxt tues. faints.

When things in your life seem almost too much to handle, when 24 hours in a day are not enough, remember the jar and 2 cups of coffee.
A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him.

aniwae i hae been sick for the past week n my throat is hurtin like crazee nw.. cant figure out why bt no amt of lozenges seems to help! i wan to be well agn n i need to soak up the sun!! speakin of which last wkend was nbs snr camp bt it was rainin d whole time. sucha spoil sport mans n it dampen my spirits =(( well rain or shine d camp had to go on so we ended up wif a dae at sentosa wif no sun at all!! boo. d camp was on d whole qt fun n enjoyable n I got closer to some of the other programmers n a couple others. bt I got bruised! frm raffia string. unbelievable aint it. so peeps raffia can be dangerous! haahas. my left arm still has dis big blue black on it nw. sobs.

everyting comes wif a sacrifice n dere r always 2sides to d coin. perhaps on a brighter note, i can sae dat i’m turnin in my freedom only for d time bein in exchange for experience.. it’s just so FANTASTIC

while all my frens r partyin n enjoyin life i’m stuck at borin office either at town or ulu pandan clementi for d followin 8 wks =((

mondae was the start of everyting- orientation. thot it might be an more relaxin dae bt boy i was so wrong. we had classes n well as u can guess i cant seem to understand more den half of it. n it was jus so weird n awkward bein d only few yr 1s ard. thnk god i had joel for company. d dae was long n i spent qt some time at my unit before leavin office. i was actually qt glad dat i was assigned to d same unit as jesper n yihao(at least wif pple i noe) bt found out shortly dat it was actually of no diff. we wld all be attached to diff engagement grps n be goin to our clients’ places. in fact we wun be seein one another often as i doubt i’ll be makin it back to d office frequently. perhaps only fortnightly?
ended d dae wif a great meal wif my taiwan peeps. pics up ltr.. sorrie i was late thou cos of work. *sheepish grin. had my fav dessert agn. yummy!

had to be in sch for some stupid iic stuff. a total waste of my precious time. sat ard nanyang audi for close to 3 half hr doin practically nthg! super inefficient. argh! bt lucky fel n lins were ard for company. made plans over lunch wif fel at long john to go chinatown or someting walk walk bt it was too late by d time we end so we had to gif dat a miss. ruyan met us and d 4 of us for one of d last few times went out for a nice dinner at clarke quay. we even bought some booze back to hall n played d nite away. an amusin encounter of d nite: we were playin cards n a gigantic prayin mantis swooped into my room n flew into lin's hair. after some commotion, it was on my soft toy dog's paw thrown onto d floor(wif thnks to fel) n all 4 of us were on d 2 bed. 4plus am in d mornin i went down to knock on ah meng's door hopin he was still awake. no such luck mans bt luckily his neighbour wasnt deep in slp yet n saved d dae for us!! hahaa qt funny lor d whole incident. hees.

almost everyting in d world can be explained by sci maths psychology or wadeva. bt human relationship is a field dat is hard to understand let alone be explained.

trust is d most crucial factor in all relationship. wheneva dere is trust, every other ting will fall nicely into place. no small actions behind d back, no backstabbin bt instd heart to heart sessions to clear any misunderstandings if dey eva exist. so wad if both parties do care for each other bt are unwillin to show it for fear of lost of face or due to any other reasons. n even if dere is care bt no trust wad use will dere be. suspicious over dis n dat.. hidin n dodgin, refusin to look at d prob straight in d face.. tings only get worse dis way n it is tough on d closed ones. it is annoyin n irritatin, sometimes i jus feel like washin my hands off u n gif up!

dae out wif *ka! haaha we r both crazee mans. met like super early in town for breakfast n casino royale. d whole theatre was almost empty except for a couple others who were mad like us. hees. a rather nice show, abit intriguin wif a gd twist towards d end. n it was a nice hangin out wif d ger, someone whom i got close to only recently even thou we were frm d same sec sch n nbs og.

YAY d term has officially come to an end =))

after a few wks of intensive muggin for d stupid exams we can all step back n take a well deserved break! off wif all d bks!

a few mths had jus gone past in a whiz.. so many tings hae happened. qt some changes taken place, a lil blunders here n dere. so many tings dat had to be done bt wif so lil time. so, sorrie peeps for d lack of updates. opps.. well it seems like jus ydae dat all d camps had occurred -nbs foc, su13... n oso all d fun rite at d beginnin of term - all d suppers, goin out...

sports ball 2006 ended on a great note. d preparation trng clothes fit fotoshoot n all came to a close on 2nd sept. our hard work paid off n we had fun on dat nite. Nuit De Amour was indeed a nite to rmber. n thnks chacha for all d flowers n support mans. sports ball 2007 here we come.. haaha well several of d pageant pple dis yr r gonna be in d ball com for su14.

thruout d 2nd half of d term we chionged projects like crazee. thnks to my beloved mktin n ob tutors we went mad. d many high expectations of us led to tons of hrs spent on d projects while other tutorial grps were haein a rather easier time. we actually did like frm mornin till midnite on several occassions mans. bt it was oso due to dis dat made my proj grp so bonded tog. well actu all my 3 proj grps r made up of almost d same pple n it was great workin wif dem! n we received good grades for our hard work too, can sae we were one of d best grp in class. hees. SYNERGY rocks!! *beams. it's nice dat we r gonna go up as a grp tog nxt sem.

d sem was a new start for me. it was so different frm jc where we had fixed classes n everyone had d same timetable. sometimes it was sad to hafta return back to an empty room n face d 4 walls. even thou me n fel r in d same course we had completely diff timetable as we r in different grp. all d fun of stayin in hall was drainin away n many a times i jus didnt even feel like stayin. d truth was i wasnt very into hall as i missed hall camp n perhaps cos i didnt try to make it a point to get to noe my neighbours too. it was just hard to hafta adjust to everyting. argh! guess i still miss hc n 67.

i may hae gotten much darker, complexion much worse, became uglier, earned new scars on my arms n legs.. bt i nv regret my decision to join sports camp regardless of how shagged i was after nbs camp.
